# YardBrain Session 3 — Owner Pitch Kit — COPY v2 (post-critique)

Frame: yards pay $0; YardBrain is funded by picker subscriptions; the ask is
cooperation. Straight about the state of the world: NV/FL lots are already
indexed. Canonical flow everywhere:
SET → INDEXED NIGHTLY → VIN-DECODED → SCORED → AT YOUR GATE
Master hook everywhere: EVERY PART STILL BOLTED ON IS A SALE YOU DIDN'T RING.
Owner-piece footer (no picker tagline): yardbrain · your lot, indexed nightly

## PIECE 1 — TRI-FOLD

### OUTSIDE · front
- [YB stamp + YARDBRAIN lockup]
- Hook: **EVERY PART STILL BOLTED ON IS A SALE YOU DIDN'T RING.**
- Support (mono): yardbrain finds the buyer · costs your yard $0

### OUTSIDE · back — **PUT IT TO WORK.**
1. check your listing — your lot may already be indexed. scan the QR and see
   what pickers see.
2. keep your set list public — that's everything we need. no logins, no
   software, nothing to install.
3. give the counter card register space — a QR stand we supply, free, linking
   to your own lot's page.
- [QR PLACEHOLDER] → yardbrain.online
- Contact (mono): +1 702 521 5224 · radtkechristopher@yahoo.com
- Footer: yardbrain · your lot, indexed nightly

### OUTSIDE · flap — **THE LOT, INDEXED.**
- already indexing: nevada pic-a-part + the florida pick your part roster
- every car · every row · every VIN · your photos · your price list, as-is
- 28 makes tracked · re-indexed nightly — 2pm sets are live by morning
- prices cross-checked against ebay listings, refreshed nightly
- prices stamped with their index date. your counter price governs.

### INSIDE 1 — the problem — **THE PHONE IS NOT AN INVENTORY SYSTEM.**
- your set list is already online — a year, a make, a row. that's all it says.
- so "got a '03 accord, and is the alternator still on it?" still gets
answered from memory, all day, by whoever grabbed the phone.
- the customer who can't confirm the part doesn't drive out. it stays bolted
  to the car.

### INSIDE 2 — the fix — **EVERY CAR YOU SET, IN YOUR PICKERS' POCKETS.**
- we index your lot nightly: every car, its row, its VIN, your photos, your
  own price list.
- every VIN decoded; every pullable part matched against OEM catalogs and
  ebay listings, refreshed nightly.
- subscribers get profit scores, and alerts the night your sets match their
wanted lists. they walk in with a list and a row number.
- browsers cost you nothing — they were never going to call. and the part
question gets answered before the phone rings.
- Flow strip: SET → INDEXED NIGHTLY → VIN-DECODED → SCORED → AT YOUR GATE
- [CARD MOCK — "what your customers see": 2003 HONDA ACCORD · ROW 14 ·
  VIN 1HGCM82633A004352 · 12 pullable parts · photos · your price list]

### INSIDE 3 — the money — **ONE PULL, BOTH SIDES OF THE FENCE.**
- your register [card, leads]: parts receipt +$34.50 · EST · plus the gate
fee · plus the rest of the cart
- the picker's ledger [card, secondary]: yard receipt -$34.50 · ebay net
  +$176.62 · kept $142.12 · EST
- his margin is the reason he keeps coming back. every dollar of it clears
  your register first.
- who pays for the math? subscribers do: master $99.99 · location $49.99 ·
manufacturer $24.99 (per mo) — for VIN decode, OE matching, ebay comps,
scoring. your list is public either way; we show it free to everyone.
- your yard: $0. no contract. no software. nothing leaves your lot but parts.

## PIECE 2 — ONE-PAGE LEAVE-BEHIND

- [lockup] Hook: **EVERY PART STILL BOLTED ON IS A SALE YOU DIDN'T RING.**
- Support: yardbrain finds the buyer · costs your yard $0
- Three pain→fix pairs:
  1. the phone answers from memory → pickers search every car, VIN-decoded,
     before they drive.
  2. a set list that only says year/make/row → every pullable part matched
     and scored, nightly.
  3. drive-pasts → subscribers get alerts the night your sets match their
     wanted lists.
- ROI strip — **THE MATH, FROM YOUR SIDE OF THE COUNTER.**
  - [register card, leads]: parts receipt +$34.50 · EST
  - if yardbrain sends you one receipt like this a day, that's ≈ $1,035/mo
across the counter · EST — before gate fees, before the rest of the cart.
  - [picker ledger, small]: yard receipt -$34.50 · ebay net +$176.62 ·
kept $142.12 · EST — his margin clears your register first.
- Cost line: your yard pays $0 — funded by picker subscriptions
  ($24.99–$99.99/mo).
- Steps (the same 3, one line each) + [QR] + contact strip.
- Footer: yardbrain · your lot, indexed nightly

## v2 PRODUCTION NOTES (2026-08-10, per critique)

- PRINT SPEC: digital press · matte coated stock · do NOT run these dark
full-bleed pieces on a desktop laser (toner-crush, curl, fingerprints).

slug; the tri-fold fold-in flap runs 1/16in narrower with art to match.
- DISPLAY FACE: Anton (SIL OFL) — verified against session-1 sources; this is
the licensed public stand-in, NOT the dev-only Volvo face. Body: IBM Plex
Sans (OFL) · numbers/tagline: IBM Plex Mono (OFL). License texts ship in
  v2/session-1-logos/fonts/.
- Deck slide 7 carries LIVE-TEXT contact (copyable/clickable) over the raster.
- Sample inventory data on the customer-card mock is badged SAMPLE (EST style).

## DOMAIN MIGRATION NOTE (2026-08-19)

- All URLs + QRs re-exported for **yardbrain.online** (QRs machine-verified).
- Coverage line updated to the verified truth: "already indexing: 70
  self-service yards nationwide · 28 makes scored" (was NV+FL).
- Two shipped slide defects fixed in the rebuild: slide 6 bottom-line overlap,
  slide 7 ask/counter-card collision.
- The generator now ships in src/print.mjs (fonts in v2/session-1-logos/fonts/;
npm i opentype.js @resvg/resvg-js qrcode pptxgenjs img2pdf pypdf via pip).
- OPEN: flow strip still says "INDEXED NIGHTLY" and flap says "nightly" —
cadence unverified; owner to confirm nightly cron or swap to canonical
"re-checked after every inventory scrape" (s5 law) in a follow-up build.
